Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:
1) General description of the economic operator.
2) Solemn declaration stating that the personal situation of the tenderer is not covered by the grounds for exclusion mentioned in Article 45(1)-(2)(a, b, c, e, f) of Directive No 2004/18/EC.
3) The winning tenderer will be required to submit a certificate issued by a competent administrative authority documenting that the personal situation of the tenderer is not covered by the grounds for exclusion mentioned in Article 45(1)-(2)(a, b, c, e, f) of Directive No 2004/18/EC prior to conclusion of the contract. This certificate must be dated no more than 6 months prior to submission and must be submitted no more than 20 working days from the date on which the contracting authority announces its decision to award the contract to said tenderer. If this requirement is not met, the contract will instead be awarded to the tenderer that submitted the next best offer. Tenderers resident in Denmark shall meet this requirement by submitting a "Serviceattest" from Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen. Tenderers resident in other member states are referred to the Commission's overview of what certificates/documentation are issued by their respective countries of residence - http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/publicprocurement/2004_18/index_en.htm.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
Appropriate documentation (such as a copy of a notice from the rating agency or a printout) of the economic operator's financial rating from a recognized rating agency (including, but not limited to: Standard & Poor's, A.M. Best and Moody's).
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The economic operator's financial rating must be at least A- (Standard & Poor's) or equivalent.

There are no specific requirements regarding the legal form to be taken by a group of economic operators in order to be eligible for award of the contract. However, if a group of economic operators submits a joint offer, all economic operators in the group must be jointly and severally liable for the performance and fulfillment of the contract.
