The purpose of the tendered service is to create and deliver summer orthophoto in digital form. The ordering authority requires a seamless delivery of digital orthophotos as decribed in the tender material, covering all Denmark, including near-shore areas, appr. 53 000 km2. Furthermore establishing a Web Map Service (WMS).
The tendered service is for the following Danish organization:
— The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries (Ministeriet for Fødevarer, Landbrug og Fiskeri).

The tendered service is for the following Danish organization:

Beskrivelse af mulighederne:

Besides the basic service, the tenderer must offer production of the following optional services. The delivery specifications for the basic service also apply for the options, unless explicitly excepted. The tenderer must offer a price for all options. If the tenderer does not include an offer on all options his offer is regarded as not fulfilling the conditions.

Optional service 1: Rights - Extended license for the Defence Construction and Establishment Service (Forsvarets Bygnings- og Etablissementstjeneste).

The contractor is asked to submit a price for obtaining the right of use, as described in Appendix A7, of the orthophoto for the basic service (excluding the web map service) for the Defence Construction and Establishment Service. This optional service must also include the island of Bornholm in utm33 (Etrs89). For information on the Defence Construction and Establishment Service: http://forsvaret.dk/FBE/Pages/default2.aspx.

Optional service 2: Rights - Extended license for the Danish state as a whole.

The contractor is asked to submit a price for obtaining the right of use, as described in Appendix A7, of the orthophoto for the basic service (excluding the web map service) for the Danish state as a whole with appurtenant institutions (including the Defence Construction and Establishment Service). Optional service 3: Rights - Extended license for the Danish public Regions.

The contractor is asked to submit a price for obtaining the right of use, as described in Appendix A7, of the orthophoto for the basic service (excluding the web map service) for the Danish Regions with appurtenant institutions. Optional service 4: Rights - Extended license for the Danish Municipalities.

The contractor is asked to submit a price for obtaining the right of use, as described in Appendix A7, of the orthophoto for the basic service (excluding the web map service) for the Danish municipalities. The price must be given per 2x2km tile. Every municipality that accepts this option must order a full coverage of the municipality. Optional service 5 – Additional data format:

The contractor is asked to submit a price for delivering of all tiles as TIF/GeoTiF data in addition to the ECW format. The TIF data should be delivered on transportable discs after approval of the basic delivery.
