Digital Audio Broadcast Mixing Consoles

In connection with the ongoing process of upgrading our TV-production facilities to HD, it has been decided to upgrade the audio studio facilities as well. This tender notice concerns a framework agreement for delivering of new Digital Audio Broadcast Mixing Consoles for a number TV-studios and OB-facilities.
Number of units to be supplied within the framework agreement:
— 1 unit to be delivered in 2011,
— 1 or 2 units to be delivered in 2012.
Main specifications:
1.2. Dedicated for live sports productions, studio productions, talkshows etc. and music productions.
1.3. Mainframe and control panel must be separated for installation in dedicated areas.
1.5. 5.1 Surround Sound / 5.1 to be supported.
1.6. Dolby E support.
1.7. Internal router/matrix function.1.8. Multichannel audio connections between audiomatrice and the mixing console to be awailable, ie. MADI or equivalent (Fiber based connections will be preferred).
1.10. High level of redundancy.
2. Routing and signal processing:
2.1. 30 x 5.1 digital input.
2.2. 48 Analog input.
2.3. 10 x 5.1 Digital output.
2.4. 48 x Digital output.
2.5. 24 x Analog output.
2.6. MADI/SDI and AES (SDI optional).
2.7. Up / Down of 5.1-Stereo.
2.8. Delay possibilities on each channel up to 1 sec.
2.9. Ekspansion cababilities of I/O numbers.
2.10. DSP channels: 30 x 5.1 + 48 mono.
2.11. 48 Aux/Mix bus.
2.12. Dolby E encode/decode function.
3. Meter displays:
3.1. R128/BS.1770 loudness metering.
3.2. PPM metering.
3.3. 5.1 Metering of input – bus – master.
3.4. Plug in: (Optional).
3.4.1. Multiband compressor-limiter on 2 X Master bus.
