Delivering and establishing of a bridge simulator system in one of the Danish Navy’s education and training centers. The bridge simulators are of type DNV class B. In addition, instructor control rooms, debriefing facilities, instructor course, operator course and maintenance course must be provided. Support and maintenance is also to be included. As options, delivering and establishing of a bridge simulator system in 1 or 2 additional Danish Navy education and training centers. These bridge simulators are of types DNV class A, DNV class B and DNV class C.

Apart from the acquisition of the bridge simulator system this tendering procedure does also establish the maintenance and support of the system. Both the acquisition of the system and the maintenance and support will be rewarded to one economic operator. When the maintenance and support agreement has expired the maintenance and support of the system will be tendered again. A list of the principal deliveries effected or the main services provided in the area covered by the contract in the past 3 years and preferably with the sums, dates and recipients, whether public or private, involved.
Furthermore, a description of the technical facilities and measures used by the supplier or service provider for ensuring quality and the undertaking's study and research facilities.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The economic operator's list of deliveries must as a minimum include 3 deliveries in the area covered by the contract.
Kontraktens udførelse

The Supplier shall supply an on demand, unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for all pre-payments received under the contract. The bank guarantee shall be payable in Denmark and subject to Danish law.

A consequence of law No. 492 of 12.5.2010 regarding enforcement of the rules for procurement etc., is that complaints regarding a supplier not being prequalified must be filed with The Complaints Board for public procurement within 30 calendar days starting the day after the Contracting Authority has sent notification to the suppliers involved concerning who has been prequalified, if the notification includes a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision.
