Advisory services for all aspects of the permitting of gas fired power plants which includes:
— Permitting of power plants according to BlmSchV process,
— Permitting of power grid connection from transmission grid to the power plant,
— Permitting of water extraction and discharge according to the German water law.
The individual services duration will depend on the different character of the advisory services and on the duration of the authorities to permit the applications. Duration may be anywhere from an estimated 3 to 24 months.

The responses concerning the following information must be specific and unequivocal for each company seeking pre-qualification. This means that if companies join together (consortia, joint ventures, and similar) the information must be given for each provider/company. It is important that the pre-qualification material clearly states which company (legal entity) is seeking the pre-qualification as DONG Energy can only enter into a contract with the legal entity which has been pre-qualified.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

The latest endorsed financial statements of the tenderer. When evaluating the qualification of the company the overall economy and ratios concerning the company will be evaluated in relation to the expected contract. If DONG Energy finds these relations not to be reasonable, DONG Energy can on such grounds either introduce stricter requirements or exclude the company from the pre-qualification.

Estimated turover in authority approval of power plants (the last 3 years).

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

Main references for the last 5 years for similar tasks, preferably stating the types of tasks solved.

Listing of how many employees work with tasks as specified.

C1. Documentation of the applicants quality management system is required. If the applicant is eg. ISO 9001 certified a copy of the certificate can be used as documentation. If a non-certified system is utilized it is required that the applicant:

a) describes the executive policy of the company concerning quality management - including name and position of the person who is responsible for the quality management in the company;

b) describes the system for document control in the company;

c) describes how the company assures that systems, procedures and/or working procedures are monitored;

d) describes how the company works to prevent and correct actions to diminish deviations from systems, procedures and/or working procedures,

e) describes how the company evaluates its quality management system;

f) describes the company's program for instructing employees in quality management and initiatives to secure the employees ability to carry out the job.
