Energinet.dk wishes to purchase 400 kV shunt reactors for the Kassø-Tjele and the Lillebælt Visual Enhancement project.
The tender is divided into two lots - one with approx. 5 variable shunt reactors and one with approx. 2 non-variable shunt reactors. The tenderer can chose to be prequalified for either one of the lots or both lots.

Information about the supplier's/contractor's/service provider's own situation and the information and formalities required to assess whether he has the required minimum capacity (financially and technically). If suppliers have joined forces (i.e. joint ventures, consortia etc.), the information must be provided for each individual service provider. Please observe that it is the legal entity which obtains prequalification that has to sign the contract with Energinet.dk and thus is fully responsible towards Energinet.dk regarding fulfilment of the Contract.

A solemn declaration as to whether the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations in respect of the payment of contributions to social security schemes in accordance with the legis-lation in the country in which the tenderer is domiciled and in Denmark. The tenderers and service providers latest audited annual financial report. If this is not in English, please include a résumé in English.
The tenderers overall economic situation and key figures will be assessed in proportion to the expected overall sum of the contract. In the event that Energinet.dk finds that these are out of proportion to each other, Energinet.dk reserves the right to exclude him from the prequalification.

Prequalification for both lots will be based on reference lists. The references for VSR's must include contact information (name, telephone and E-mail) for a person in the buyers organization, from whom Energinet.dk can obtain information about the operation experience with the VSRs.
